What counts as Spam?

There is a certain number of things that counts as spamming. These include (but not limited to):

-All caps or almost all-caps usage
-Posting too fast
-Alternating caps and lower case thread titles or post (iNsTaNcE)
-Memes (Rick Roll, inb4[something], etc)
-Posting nonsense onto threads/posts. "hafasdsadas" is an example.
-Posts in other language other than English
-Extending the margins
-Un-fair polls
